pricepledge@rovia.com Requests will be verified within 5 working days.
Requests which have been validated by Rovia and are in full compliance to the terms and conditions of this program will be awarded 150% of the price difference in RoviaBucks within 10 business days.

- Fax the completed Price Request Form, screen shot with lower price clearly visible and a screenshot of your booking through Rovia to 972-767-3332. (Please ensure that the return e-mail is clearly legible on the Price Request Form). You may also e-mail your submission to pricepledge@rovia.com with the documents scanned as attachments.
- You must send all the above mentioned documentation for price comparison by 11:59 PM (CST) on the day you booked your fare.
